我和我的男朋友在星期六晚上 10 点半有了麦当劳，他们都因严重的胃痛/抽筋和 diarrea 醒来。这种情况一直持续到整个上午和下午，直到我的男朋友在沙发上翻了一番，然后我在整个水槽里呕吐。我连上厕所都没法上厕所然后我同时要去洗手间。我订购了 2 个芝士汉堡餐，我的男朋友吃了四分之一磅重的饭。我毫不怀疑，绝对是让我们生病的食物！

I ate a double quarter pounder from McDonald’s two days ago, the night I ate it I woke up early in the morning feeling sick and went to the bathroom and started vomiting witch continued all day long, I also had the run and still do two days later. 昨晚 8 点 30 分左右，我从麦当劳那里吃了四分之一磅的饭。我收到汉堡时足够温暖可以吃，但是我注意到它有点干，反正我也不挑剔而且吃了，这是一个错误。在我上床睡觉之前的 10:30 左右，我太生气了。我在凌晨 2 点 30 分左右醒来，因为我患有腹泻，胃和下腹部疼痛不得不持续使用洗手间，而且每次使用洗手间都会受伤。整个晚上我都有下腹部疼痛，现在已经是早上 6 点了，我还必须使用洗手间。
