On 4/16/18, I ordered a plate consisting of fried rice and orange chicken. I felt a little nauseated at 2. By 4 p.m. my stomach was in knots and nausea. 5 p.m. I was vomiting. 12 am I was vomiting again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Around 6 our family went down and ate there I had the sweet and sour chicken along with broccoli and rice. It was cold but I assumed that it was fine.
