我在出城的路上点了八块鸡块和超级食物沙拉作为午餐。大约 30 分钟后我的胃开始抽筋得很厉害。几个小时后我到达目的地的时候我已经超级生气了，这对我来说是不正常的。剩下的时间我没吃太多东西，因为我的胃太紧又抽筋。第二天，我开始感到恶心，好像所有的食物还在我的胸口。我去躺下，片刻之后开始遭受剧烈的胃痉挛。我白天和黑夜的剩余时间都在呕吐，主要是液体形式的腹泻，伴有头痛，发烧和发冷。现在是第三天了，我终于可以压住一些饼干和液体了。
