2016 年 7 月 21 日星期四晚上 7 点，我从世纪大道的加利福尼亚州匹兹堡墨西哥墨西哥烧烤店订购了一个牛排墨西哥辣椒碗。我订购了一个牛排碗，里面装有糙米、黑豆、莎莎酱、玉米、酸奶油、生菜和一袋薯条。吃完我的碗里的每一点之后，我大约在晚上 8 点 30 分回家。午夜左右，我仍然感到非常臃肿和饱腹感，然后是抽筋，潮热的发烧型。我用卫生间排便小便然后上床睡觉。几个小时后，我肚子里的曲柄使我醒来，冲到洗手间同时呕吐和腹泻。呕吐、腹泻、发烧、头晕、恶心一直是我一遍又一遍地经历的一切，直到 8 点我最后呕吐的只是酸。所有体液都流失了，腹泻引起的钾含量不断降低。这让我今天错过了工作！我对 chipotle 感到非常失望和愤怒我不得不在工作中打电话请病假冒我的工作风险。
