我在 7 点左右去吃晚饭（我的最后一顿饭是在上午 11 点）我吃了一个虾哈哈哈，扇贝海鲜饺子四川虎风格的大虾，还有一面米饭和一杯水。晚饭后我走了一会儿，2 小时后回家，我开始感到疲倦，有点头晕和恶心，突然间我感到呕吐的冲动，我检查了体温并且有点发烧我想不出任何其他原因可以感觉到但是食物我感觉太恶心了，我一直在呕吐不好。

My 14 year old ordered scallops for dinner last night. Within an hour of eating she became VIOLENTLY ILL to the point where we wanted to call 911. Called the restaurant today to report this and was told neither an owner or manager was available. Very blasé attitude.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

Ate last night. Only my husband ate the scallops. He woke up at 1:30 am and has had severe vomiting and diarrhea since then., Ate dinner at about 7:30 to 8:00. Noone else ate the scallops. Noone else got sick..Got sick about 1:30 am  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻
