我在 106 年的晚餐时吃了海鲜 scampi，在 2 小时内我出现了腹泻... 恶心... 胃痛... 还没有解决。我吃的时候没意识到海鲜很糟糕。如果我没有改善，我明天早上可能需要去看医疗。如果需要测试，我的冰箱里有一盘剩余的食物。

8 月 31 日星期五晚上，我们的四人聚会预订了下午 5 点 30 分的预订。我们坐在外面分享了十几只生牡蛎。我吃了两个。我喝了水和一杯伏特加马提尼酒。我吃了一块面包，把虾 scampi 作为主菜，用百香果冰糕作为甜点。所有的食物都很好吃。
那天晚上我在凌晨 1 点 30 分醒来，胃痉挛很严重。我有可怕的恶心、冷汗和可怕的腹泻。我的腹泻持续了大约三个小时。我感到虚弱和摇摇欲坠，终于能够在凌晨 4 点 30 分再次入睡。
第二天，我问了派对中的其他人是否生病，并确定没有其他人生病。我们所有人都有生牡蛎，另一个人也有虾 scampi。
9 月 1 日，我的胃痉挛仍在继续。我大便流血了还有肠胃气胀。我感觉很虚弱，没有胃口，我筋疲力尽。下午我可以吃喝一点。我的胃痉挛一直持续到一天。
9 月 2 日，我仍然感到不适，有些抽筋和胀气。我胃口不大。我还没去看医生。
