I ate the Tuscan grilled chicken sandwich and I got sick at night and this morning. Had to call out of work today with stomach-flu like symptoms. This happened a couple months ago when I ate their Asian sesame chicken salad, I got stomach-flu after.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我们为 6 口之家拿出芝麻鸡肉和其他各种菜肴。我们所有人都有各种各样的东西，但是我们都吃了芝麻鸡，然后在我们开始头痛几个小时后，我们一直头痛，恶心，胃痛和腹泻，这是我们第一次发生这种情况。截至今天早上我们所有人仍然感到不舒服

12 小时后我没吃任何其他东西后生病了。我呕吐了 13 次以上，水样腹泻超过 13 次，胃痛严重。
