I ate July 11th 2019 8n dundalk md. I ordered a milk shake fries cheese burger and a ice tea. I had a friend with me and they just ordered a milkshake.About 15 to 20 mins after having the shake my friend had diarrhea it was black with blood in it. 自助晚餐太糟糕了！2019 年 5 月 6 日，我飞往多伦多的航班大大延误了！慕尼黑机场的汉莎服务台为您提供机场快捷假日酒店的住宿、晚餐和早餐！不幸的是，餐厅选项不可用：接待员明确表示我将负责支付晚餐费用！自助晚餐菜单：豆类、酱汁和碎牛肉的一些深棕色混合物！当我到达酒店的时候，我已经饿死了，吃了一些碎牛肉豆混合物！食物太可怕了，味道和气味都不好！我早上醒来时胃部非常疼痛，头痛，抽筋，呕吐，发冷，出汗和腹泻！我脱水了，虚弱，恶心了好几天了！最初，我把症状归咎于消化不良！几天后，我发现自己得了一种食源性疾病！我从慕尼黑飞往多伦多的航班真是地狱！在 8.5 小时的旅程中，我大部分时间都在洗手间和洗手间旁边度过！此外，我尝试过自信地与酒店经理联络，解决食物情况问题！我的第一封电子邮件是在住公司的前一天早上发给她的！除了一堆道歉和借口之外，她拒绝理解情况的严重性，拒绝为这些问题承担一些责任！另外，她试图摆脱我的案子：“很遗憾，我在我们的系统中找不到你的预订”！此外，她所做的只是非常努力地驳回我的投诉，并证明事实没有根据和没有根据！我证明她的陈述是不真实的，因为她试图欺骗我！她有责任证明自己的陈述是对的，我错了：她从来没有质疑我的指控！我在 2019 年 6 月 13 日发送给她的最后一封电子邮件没有得到答复，因为她无法备份一些陈述！除了我的投诉之外，还有数十起其他顾客对酒店提供的食物质量的投诉！这种情况根本不让她担心，因为钱装在汉莎航空的袋子里。尽管有很多客户抱怨和评论，但航空公司一定已经意识到食品质量差的情况，无论他们寄给我什么！他们没有履行规定的 "谨慎义务" 义务和遵守合理谨慎标准的义务，同时采取任何可以预见的伤害他人的行为 "！我认为，航空公司有责任不采取预防措施以避免智选假日酒店有关食物投诉的任何问题！但是，最后，优质食品的 “神话” 不再存在，甚至在德国也不存在！

我订购了一种叫做 Frisco 的汉堡和奶昔。我首先得到了奶昔，很兴奋，因为我通常不加糖。第一口奶昔是室温，我就像等等我订购了巧克力牛奶一样。我搅拌了饮料然后喝了更多，但它仍然很液化。味道像巧克力牛奶。剩下的我没喝。在我用餐结束时，奶昔看起来很恶心。

现在踢球者是三明治。那是某种牛肉我不记得它说的确切内容，鳄梨和瑞士奶酪。他们带给我的第一个三明治看起来很糟糕，我很惊讶地看到 “鳄梨” 看起来像袋装鳄梨调味酱，说实话它看起来并不好吃。但是我饿了，不想赚大笔钱。我看了几口，当我要求做得好时它是粉红色的。我让服务员把它拿回来，他很高兴做到了，因为他记得我问过并给我带来了一个新的三明治.下一个三明治看起来好多了。但是味道不好。就像肉没有调味，包装好的鳄梨调味酱也没有帮助。服务员又过来问我情况如何，我告诉他我不太喜欢他愿意给我换一个新的，但是那时我已经吃满了炸薯条和水。所以他注意到我只是咬了一口然后主动提出把盘子从我的账单上取下来。我对此感到满意。他还在房子里给我带来了一盘新鲜的薯条。我已经吃饱了，但留下来吃了一些薯条和喝水。第三批薯条是最好的。而且服务员非常友好，这是我给 2 星的唯一原因。

离开后，尽管我没吃太多东西，但我感到恶心和臃肿，现在已经 6 个小时了，我仍然感到恶心。
