Ate shrimp alfredo with two sides of garlic shrimp and two paralyzer beverages around 8 pm. By 3 am was vomiting and experiencing diarrhea without any warning, still experiencing symptoms at 11am the same day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I ordered a honey walnut shrimp and beef & broccoli plate yesterday night and in the early morning I immediately got up and vomited profusely followed by severe diarrhea all day long and vomiting on/off. It’s now 7:00 PM and still no signs of improvement. Very very disappointed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我和我的未婚夫在 2017 年 12 月 12 日星期二下午 2 点 45 分至 2 点 50 分左右访问了这个 Popeyes。我点了鱼虾拼盘，我的未婚夫订购了两件套鸡肉套餐。同一天下午 5 点左右我的胃开始疼痛，我也开始呕吐。星期三 12/13/17 我有不停的腹泻，如果不上厕所我无法去任何地方。我用过洗手间二十多次了。现在是 17 年 12 月 14 日上午 10:30 我正在去医院的路上，我的症状已经恶化了。我还有不停的腹泻和严重的头痛。
