February 8th, at ~07:00PM I had a steak bowl, brown rice, Pinto beans, hot salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. Didn't have any response, food was good but did notice the salsa was a bit watery. Went straight home and went to bed without ingesting anything else.… 更多

Went to chipotle during the lunch rush. I visted the one in KING OF PRUSSIA ON 202. I ordered a burrito bowl brown rice chicken corn sour cream cheese and mild sauce. I woke up around 3am with bad Diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. once I emptied my stomach I felt better just a little tired still  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

2014 年 12 月 28 日晚上 8 点 15 分左右，我吃了一个鸡肉碗，里面有酸奶油、鳄梨酱、奶酪和生菜，还有一张糙米床。凌晨 3 点 30 分，我醒来时感觉很不舒服，在马桶上坐了大约 20 分钟，从屁股上排出了暴力瀑布中几乎所有上面列出的所有成分。我能够重新入睡，但是整天我仍然有类似的腹泻发作，感觉虚弱和发烧。症状刚刚开始消退。
