2019 年 1 月 2 日的上周三，我在上午 8 点半左右吃了塔可钟的早餐。我有一根香肠 Crunchwrap。我感觉很好，但是大约 4 个小时后我开始感到恶心。我开始出现潮热、恶心、腹泻，然后呕吐。休息了一会儿之后，我开始感觉好些了，什么也没想到。然后一个星期后，2019 年 1 月 9 日，星期三，我决定吃一个没有酸奶油和哈希棕色的烤牛排大卷饼。我没吃完墨西哥卷饼是因为墨西哥卷饼里面的鸡蛋开始尝起来很奇怪。我感觉还不错，但是然后我去洗手间排便（tmi）。大约 4 个小时后，我开始有与上周相同的感觉，但更糟糕的是。我不想昏倒就受不了。我经常去洗手间做碗运动。我开始出现潮热然后我发冷了。我也开始感觉虚弱。我可能不应该再吃早餐，但我在那里工作，早餐是免费的，我只是饿了。问题是我总是会吃他们的早餐，永远不会生病，但是这个星期我生病了。我知道这绝对是早餐食物，因为当我吃他们的午餐时，我感觉很好，但是当我吃任何含鸡蛋的早餐时，我总会生病。目前从中午 12 点到现在（2019 年 1 月 9 日晚上 8 点）我仍然感到不适。
