For lunch yesterday (17/05/16) I ordered my favourite sub the meatball marinara. Sadly I had to wait a couple of minutes as there was none out by the counter and it had to be brought out from storage.

Got the Vito for dinner, it was the last thing I ate before going to sleep. Woke up with vomiting and diarrhea 5-6 hours later. Haven't had any fast food for several days prior to this, so no doubt it was from the sub.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

16 年 5 月 13 日星期五下午 1 点左右，我在吉米·约翰家吃过饭，然后吃了 Vito（意大利潜艇）。大约一两个小时后，我感到有点不安，但没什么不好的。第二天我在家里工作，所以我分心了，但是当我尝试吃午饭的时候我感觉不到，只吃了一片披萨。起初我还以为是我的胃酸倒流。然后在晚上 9 点左右，我第一次出现腹泻。大约一个小时后才开始呕吐。剧烈呕吐和完全液态腹泻持续到下午 5 点左右。我太脱水了，筋疲力尽，呕吐时以及躺下或坐着时，我都会有严重的肌肉痉挛。直到周日深夜，我几乎无法在不呕吐的情况下喝水、佳得乐、姜汁汽水和 Pedialyte。我只吃了几块吐司和一些米饭，现在是星期二了。这绝对是我有史以来最严重的疾病。

从地铁里得到了一个火鸡潜水艇，吃了午饭，到一天结束时，开始感到头晕恶心和虚弱，高烧，无法入睡。现在这种食物中毒已经有 3 天了，终于开始感觉好一点，然后四处走动。三天没吃太多东西，因为担心它会回来。不得不错过工作，因为我不能离开厕所，站起来会让我的肚子转过来。

和蛋黄酱一起吃了一英尺长的火鸡潜艇，不久之后就感到不舒服。当天晚些时候感觉很不舒服，接下来的 3 点之后会感觉很不舒服。腹泻、恶心、发烧、呕吐、热汗/冷汗、疲劳、可怕的偏头痛。去看了只是诊断出食物中毒的医生（很高兴我去了？！）。会发现很难再回到 Subway。

Regular Italian sub, mikes way, no oil, relish instead of mayo. Told my wife at the time that the sandwich didn't taste good. Bread was soaked with vinegar. Cramping started three hours later, diarrhea about five hours later. Vomiting 10 hours later. Felt like a softball was… 更多
