星期二早上 8 点半左右，我从 Taco Bell 吃了一份土豆和鸡蛋早餐卷饼。到下午 1 点 30 分我的胃开始感觉酸了。晚上 7 点半，我上床睡觉觉得肚子很恶心。整个星期二晚上，我呕吐了好几次，腹部严重抽筋。星期三我无行为能力，持续呕吐直到下午，导致腹泻。周三晚上继续腹泻，我非常虚弱和疼痛。现在是星期四早上，尽管大多数症状已经消失，但我仍然很虚弱，继续患有腹泻。

2018 年 1 月 21 日从塔可钟购买了食物（我整天只吃过的东西。）玉米片至尊和牛排 chalupas。几个小时后，胃开始膨胀并出现剧烈疼痛，最后在疼痛开始大约两个小时后，我连续呕吐了几次，然后是可怕的腹泻，两次昏倒。现在是第二天了，我还是觉得很糟糕。仍然有胃痛、发冷、虚弱等。
