I got Boneless Teriyaki Wings with Carrots and ranch dressing as well as some cheese curds and one of the Black Cherry Limeades (also water) and I hardly ate anything the only thing I finished were the carrots and now my stomach is in knots and I feel like vomiting and I have diarrhea!  | 症状: 恶心

We are at 240 East Towne Mall, Madison, WI 53704. 2 of us ate bone in wings while 2 people from our group ate boneless wings. The sauces were both teriyaki and the parmesan sauce and the teriyaki sauce.

Had traditional wings teriyaki and medium sauces. My got food poisoning at another location within the past three years. Judging from the long list on this website it seems bw3 has a serious problem.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I went in about 7:30PM on 4/20/2018 and got the usual sweet onion chicken teriyaki with lettuce and extra Pickles and onions sweet onion sauce and vinegar and oil salt and pepper I ate and 2 hours later I couldn't stay out if the bathroom every 15 minutes I was running  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
