Yesterday, 17 November, about 2 PM I have ordered Thai style fried glass noodle with seafood for myself and my son.

从辛辣的泰国人那里订购。无论是 pad Thai。或者是辛辣的炒饭，在 6:20 ish 吃了。11 点 20 分左右上床睡觉了。12 点左右跑到洗手间。一会儿无法控制地呕吐。冲厕所。感觉很奇怪，坐在马桶上。有纯粹的腹泻。走到沙发上感觉恶心。超级大而且不舒服的胃痉挛和疼痛。又跑回厕所 3-4 次。那时我正在吸胆汁。终于在凌晨 5 点至 6 点左右睡着了。中午醒来...我从来没睡过。

下午 4 点半左右我吃了 Pick 2 Napa 杏仁鸡肉沙拉三明治和辣泰式沙拉配鸡肉，那天没吃其他任何东西。我上床睡觉醒来时肠道疼痛很厉害。现在已经有 2 天了，我还是不能吃任何东西。感觉虚弱恶心和非常痛苦的肠道。当然有很多腹泻。

Order the chicken wrap with the Thai peanut sauce. It didn’t smell right and the cucumbers were slimy so I stopped into and swapped it out. Within 2 hours I was extremely fatigued. Went to sleep and woke up at 2am vomiting. It continued every hour or so until 6 pm in the evening.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 疲劳
