8/24/19 2:30 ish。是泰国鸡肉沙拉。这只鸡看起来煮得太硬了，现在回头看，它可能已经存在太久了。症状大约在 4:00 开始。腹泻、发冷、头晕、头痛、呕吐。我于 19 年 8 月 24 日晚上 11:30 给餐厅打电话报告我的症状。他们感谢我让他们知道。

I took medium sized traditional wings with thai curry and onion rings yesterday. I ate like just 4 of them and from 8 today morning i have diarrhe, nausea and severe tummy pain.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Absolutely disgusting food and packaging. I ordered the Yum Nua and Mongolia Chicken from GrubHub. Both of the Styrofoam containers were absolutely destroyed and leaking. I'm not sure if this is the restaurants fault or the delivery drivers.

去为朋友买了预制的以色列蒸粗麦粉沙拉和预制的鸡肉香蒜酱包装。我们把沙拉分开然后包起来，吃完后马上就生病了。我因发烧、肌肉酸痛、呕吐和 naseua 而生病了两天。我的朋友也有类似的症状。我通常不去买任何预制的东西，现在我知道为什么了！我不会再买任何预制沙拉或食物了。根据我更好的判断，我决定吃冷冻的 Vegetabe Pad Thai，现在也生病了，胃痛不好。我认为他们在很多食物上都贴了白色标签，而不是检查交叉接触和新鲜度。

My boyfriend and I shared the spinach & artichoke dip on the evening of July 5th- we both had seperate pizzas (thai chicken and bbq chicken) and a few hours later, we both had the exact same symptoms. Vomitting, diarrhea, nausea, and muscle pain as well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 肌肉疼痛
