I ate here last Friday 1/11/19 I got vegan tacos (shell, beans, rice, guac, tomatoes, hot salsa, and lettuce) within an hour of eating I became super ill. I had to leave work. I threw up and had diarrhea all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered a VEGAN chocolate product: www.luckyvitamin.com/p-1897360-endangered-species-dark-chocolate-bark-hazelnut-toffee-4-7-oz . When I received the bag it said: contains milk. I checked the website for the chocolate product and there is says it contains milk: www.chocolatebar.com/products/dark-chocolate-with-hazelnut-toffee/ , Luckyvitamin.com refunded me and the allergen warnings were not taken to serious considerations

18年9月22日星期六下午6点，我的家人和另外两个家庭一起在这里吃饭。我们都是从素食菜单上吃的, 豆腐争夺, 素食香肠, 大豆香肠, 椰子豆腐, 佛碗, daiya奶酪墨西哥玉米饼, 炸薯条.我们总是喜欢这家餐厅。它有一个很好的气氛和友好的工作人员。不幸的是，我儿子醒来时生病了，第二天早上和 diarrea 一起开始呕吐。不久之后，我丈夫因发冷、恶心、抽筋、diarrea 发烧超过 103 而病得很重。今天（9/24）他还很不错。几个小时之内，我们两个和我们一起吃饭的朋友出现了类似的症状。第二天晚上，我们又有三个朋友开始出现症状。所以我们 12 个人中有 7 个人生病了。我觉得如果出现严重问题或需要召回可能伤害他人的受污染食品，因为我们很多人生病了，如果不举报这起事件是疏忽大意的。
