Visited Chipotle on the intersection of 17-92 and 436 on 8/11/16 at 4:00pm. Began having very slight abdoninal cramps followed by frequent diarrhea. No vomitting or blood seen in stool. Had a burrito bowl, half chicken, half soritas with black beans, rice, lettuce, and cheese.  | 症状: 腹泻

妈妈放下了一个装有肉饼和 Barbacoa 的墨西哥卷饼碗，感觉还不错大约一个小时。在过去的两个小时里胃痛不好，大部分时间都花在厕所上。自从回家以来多次回家吃了 diahrrea。我今天唯一吃的东西是早餐时喝些牛奶和鸡蛋，健身房后吃蛋白质。还在床上从浴室来回走动，我的肚子两侧开始受伤。

I consumed the steak, white rice with cilantro, shredded cheese and guacamole in a bowl. I was sick for 48 hours plus. Needed to sleep the majority of the time. The steak was not cooked properly, I definitely know that was the case.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

我在 18:00 左右买了食物，然后回家吃了。和我妻子一起去散步是因为我感到被打击，回家看电视直到 23:00 左右然后上床睡觉。大约 1:30 我醒来时胃痛严重。直接去洗手间，然后噩梦一直在继续；呕吐、腹泻、恶心，然后是发烧。我今天因为剧烈疼痛而且很可能去看医生而打电话停工。
