我有一个没有豆子的鸡肉 fajita 碗。白米、玉米、酸奶油、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。吃完碗十分钟后，我的胃开始抽筋。我感觉很饱，对此无能为力。这发生在晚上 5 点左右。10 点时我无法应付胃痛，我喝了一瓶水希望能有所帮助。11:30 我做了三次呕吐。大约十二点我开始颤抖，腹痛很多。凌晨 3 点左右去睡觉处理疼痛。早上 6 点醒来时会出现水样腹泻。整天都有水样腹泻。

On Sunday, March 6, 2016 I ate a chicken burrito and my son ate a steak burrito at 4:30pm at the Tatum and Bell Grill in Phoenix. By 8:00pm we both vomiting and had diarrhea until early morning hours on Monday, March 7, 2016. I missed work today due to sweating and fatigue.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 疲劳, 出汗

星期五晚上我吃了一袋薯条和一些来自 chipotle 的 gauc。大约一个小时之内，我经历了胃部不适，但是直到第二天早上我的胃陷入困境，我变得非常恶心时它才真正打到我。我每天大部分时间都在处理这个问题，直到第二天。然后，在周日晚上，它完全爆发，变成了更多的恶心、恶心、腹泻、低烧、寒战和一些身体疼痛。早在 11 月我丈夫在另一个地方经历了同样的疾病之后，我再也不会吃 chipotle 了！他们不采用安全食品的做法！

I ordered a steak bowl at 7:30pm saturday and started getting diarrhea at 12pm and now its monday 2:25am and ive been throwing up all day , threw up about 15 times already and have been going to the bathroom every 5 min , will go to doctor at 7am  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
