2016 年 2 月 29 日下午 5 点 45 分左右，我订购了一个没有豆子的鸡碗。当我吃完碗时，我开始头疼吃完碗后，我去看了晚上 7 点的电影，到电影结束时，我开始感到恶心，感觉就像我不得不紧急去洗手间一样。所以当我离开电影时，我在去汽车的路上感觉很恐怖。在我的头部，我的底部和腹部我感到不适。所以我一到家门就出现腹泻，然后不久我就呕吐了。毕竟我感觉很难过。我对光线和响亮的东西很敏感。这是一次非常糟糕的经历，我再也不会吃 Chipotle 了。

Had chipotle (one taco, soft corn tortilla, chicken, cheese, lettuce) for lunch; was in the bathroom five times within an hour of getting to the office the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
