1 月 24 日晚上 9 点 15 分订购 Barbacoa 卷饼碗，里面有黑豆、玉米、中号莎莎酱和鳄梨调味酱。症状在 3 小时后开始，第二天早上所有症状都出现了。症状包括恶心、腹泻、发冷和呕吐。我在吃东西的时候很担心，因为食物很冷。当心。

I ate the bowl like I always have but this time couple hours later I started getting this uncontrollable cough no mucus just cough next day my body was completely sore, I threw up consistently. Right after eating chipotle my stomach felt really weird. I kept running to the bathroom with diarrhea. 4hours later I vomited. Stomach still hurt for a couple hours. But I was okay that next day. My stomach still felt tender the next couple days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
