我在闭馆时间（晚上 9:30-9:45）之前订购了一个装有糙米、斑豆、蔬菜、牛排、热和温和的莎莎酱和生菜的碗。吃了它然后不久就睡觉了。早上 6 点左右醒来时发烧严重（感觉太热太冷我在发抖），腹泻，感到恶心。我仍然有肌肉疼痛和严重头痛。

I ate there on 5/13/17 at about 3:00pm. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, black beans, peppers, chicken, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole and starting the next afternoon I had nausea and severe diarrhea that lasted for more than 12 hours. I am still experiencing stomach… 更多

I had a bowl with white rice, chicken, brown beans cheese and guacamole with 4 large flour Tortillas. After waking up I felt really nauseous and threw up later during the day.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

1. 5/12 at 11:00 am is when I ordered the food, ate it at noon.
2. 5/12 at 11:00 pm and has continued through the evening.
3. Ate chicken salad bowl with pico and guacamole
