I had Chipotle about 5pm last night and woke up the next morning with diarrhea. I was so nauseous all day. The only thing that helped was laying down. Later in the day I ended up taking pepto and threw up an hour later. Let's just say I'm never eating Chipotle again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate chipotle around 6 pm and felt nauseous probably about 20 min after. The nausea progressively got worse until about 10:30 when I felt so sick I couldn’t bring myself to get out of bed. At about 11 pm I vomited several times and felt better… 更多

I ate at Chipotle last night around 8pm. I had a burrito bowl and my husband had the exact same one except I had lettuce. I got very sick around 5am the following morning and he did not. Extreme diarrhea, fever, and stomach cramping.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

12/16/18, I picked up an order at noon.
Had: White rice, black beans, barbacoa, hot salsa, cheese, and lettuce.
