午餐时我吃了一个带奶酪 sc 和 guac 的素食 fajita 碗。味道不错。但是那天晚上晚些时候我有可怕的胃痉挛，然后是腹泻。第二天我发烧了然后正在呕吐。即使是水，我也无法容纳任何东西。更糟糕的是腹部痉挛。我觉得自己无法动弹，痛苦太大了。我吃了 chipotle 的那天，我早餐吃了燕麦片，没有晚餐，因为吃了 chipotle 一个小时后我感觉很恐怖。

Got chipotle for lunch at work, started having the runs almost immediately after. It stopped for a couple hours and i started to feel worse pain. About 2 hours later I started vomiting. I've been vomiting every 20 or 30 minutes non stop for 3 hours  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Ordered 2 veggie bowls with side of guacamole for my daughter and I to eat after she got off work. I decided to eat my guacamole as I waited for her which was 3 half hrs but by the time she got home I was feeling very nauseous with stomache pain then bad diarrhea hit then felt very dehydrated .  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Got a Veggie Bowl w Brown Rice, Black Beans, Sautéd onions and peppers, Pico, Corn, Sour Cream, Cheese and Gauc. Next morning had pretty bad diarrhea and vomiting. 11/19/17  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
