I ate chipotle around 530 pm. Went to sleep at 7 pm. Woke up at 9 pm and puked constantly until 4 am. I was sweating/freezing, extreme dhirea, puking to the point that I couldn't even take a sip of water. I couldn't breath and my kidneys… 更多

Got the salad with the vegetarian meat option for lunch. The diarrhea came early and has persisted with nausea and vomiting starting around 8pm  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Had the Barbacoa in a quesadilla with cheese and corn salsa. Felt like stomach very nauseated 3-4 hours after, and then diarrhea 6 hours later, including the corn salsa with it. Great. Thanks Chipotle.  | 症状: 腹泻

I went there for lunch today. They were out of chicken and the line was backed up significantly with people waiting on chicken. My immediate concern was that they would rush and would not cook the chicken properly/thoroughly in order to expedite service. I ate the chicken… 更多

我去了 Chipotle 拿起食物，我是家里唯一一个生病的人。我是唯一一个吃了 Barbacoa 肉的人。那天晚上我真的生病了，先是恶心，然后是腹泻和呕吐。我也有严重的腹部痉挛。已经过去 3 天了，我现在感觉好一点了。

我今天放学后去了 chipotle 4-26-2016 整天感觉很好。回家吃了食物，吃完大约 30 分钟后，我开始感到头晕。当我站起来的时候情况变坏了。在我感到头晕大约 1 小时后，我呕吐了 3 次。还是感觉不舒服。我不会因为简单的呕吐而去看医生。但是我知道 chipotle 在这方面声誉不好，所以如果我死于某种病毒，就知道那是墨西哥辣椒。
