5-13-18 我和妻子在 30 分钟内吃了鸡肉碗白米黑豆酸奶油温和的莎莎青椒加洋葱和薯条我的症状严重抽筋和严重的 diaherra 汗恶心持续了 3 天。妻子症状始于 15 日严重的 diaherra，虚弱持续了整天，直到今天仍然存在。取消了造成此问题的假期。永远用 Chipotle 完成。

I bought a salad for my wife yesterday evening. She had it and then very early this morning she had diarrhea and lots of vomiting.. It calmed down during the day (from10 am through 5 pm) then vomiting started all over again...  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

走进这个 Chipotle，得到了我平常的牛排碗里有生菜，糙米，玉米，奶酪和醋汁。几个小时之内，我头疼得很厉害，甚至无法动弹。然后呕吐来了。去了医疗中心，给了静脉注射和药物治疗。第二天必须回医院治疗腹泻、呕吐和严重脱水。生活中永远不会再吃 Chipotle 的东西了。

On Saturday May 12th I ate a chicken salad bowl from Chipotle. I started feeling weird the next morning and I could barely eat my lunch. The next morning I couldn't eat anything and had to rush to the bathroom to throw up. Now it's Tuesday and I've been throwing up since 3:30 AM.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
