去这里吃晚饭，第二天早上醒来时感到非常痛苦和虚弱。我几乎尝试了自助餐中的所有东西-其中大部分都尝起来陈旧而且令人不快。在没有感到恶心或极度痛苦的情况下，我连续整整一周都无法站立、适当排泄、进食或功能。

Went for Hibachi lunch on Sat at 2 pm. Had hibachi chicken & shrimp, salad, fried rice, used the orange sauce - no ginger sauce.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

19 hours later after eating, a little bit of each: orange chicken (was not very hot in temperature), chicken with broccoli, mushrooms, fried rice, salad, chicken wings I developed diarrhea. I think it was the salad because my friend didn't eat that. I was also burping a… 更多

Upon several occasions several people and myself experienced diarrhea from this restaurant. We all eat at hibachi table and the only things ate in common is soup, salad, rice, and mushrooms. I believe we have narrowed it down to the mushrooms causing it but could be wrong.  | 症状: 腹泻
