Wednesday November 8th Chicken Alfredo about 2 hours after eating started feeling icky. Threw up and diarrhea all night through to 8 am next day. Still feeling wiped out but can keep food down now  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I had a spinach veggie wrap with guacamole and became nauseous within a few hours, followed by hours of diarrhea. I had not eaten anything else in the prior 12 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
