Me and my friend both ordered meat products (her a steak and me a burger) last night, leaving around 6pm. We woke up early this morning to symptoms listed above and are still getting sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had the cedar plank salmon, baked potato, broccoli, sour cream, melted butter and a mt dew.. I went there with a friend who gave a small tip and I ended up with same waitress and i feel like she remembered and did something to my food  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Steak and Chicken tenders and a blue cheese wedge salad. Are around 630 pm and from about midnight until 2am I was on the bathroom floor vomiting it was the worse experience of my life.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
