I ate at approx 1pm on New Years Eve, I ordered the Autumn squash soup, Modern Caprese and a Small Dr Pepper. Within two hours of eating I had sever nausea, stomach cramping, loose stools and vomiting last approx 18 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

下午 5 点吃了晚餐，点了 chipotle 鸡肉鳄梨融化。晚上 10 点左右开始感到恶心、生病、发冷、头痛，只是总体上感到不安。午夜时分，我多次吐出来包括三明治，因为我能识别出碎片。第二天腹泻还会感到不适。我吃的所有东西都马上就出来了。我知道那是 Panera 的食物，因为那天我吃的只是早餐，不吃午饭，直到吃晚饭之前感觉还不错。
