I ate a veggie sandwich on wheat with mayo and mustard. I had everything except jalapenos. I ate at 9pm and I started feeling nauseous at 1130 and started throwing up shortly after. It's 130 and I'm still throwing up.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered a chicken wrap with spinach since the last time I ate there I had lettuce and it made me sick to my stomach for 3 days. Well the spinach was no better. Been going to the restroom at least every hour to half hour. Not sure what's going on but I will not be eating there again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
