House salad. Third person in my family who has had diarrhea and or vomiting after eating their salads. Have gone 3 times and whoever got a salad has gotten sick all three times. Needs to be investigated.  | 症状: 腹泻

19 年 5 月 24 日星期五，我刚吃了一份自家沙拉，还有他们的面包卷和黄油。胃收紧/抽筋/腹泻从周六晚些时候开始，一直持续到今天，即 5 月 29 日星期三。这导致我的免疫系统严重削弱，现在感染了一种我必须服用抗生素的病毒。这是最悲惨的几天，自周六晚上以来没有食物或睡眠。
我丈夫没有沙拉而且很好，没问题。这是过去 6 个月我第二次因他们的沙拉而生病了。我第一次不是 100％ 确定是在那里吃东西，但是这次发生之后我现在确定了。将来我可能会避免吃除了这家餐厅的面包以外的任何东西。真令人失望，因为我喜欢在这里吃饭

I ate sirloin, green beans and salad 5/21/19, next morning symptoms started. No one else at home or work got sick, Just me, my family ate different foods. Symptoms started about 10 hours later  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻

Mothers Day our group of 12 people ate steak and salad and almost everyone became violently sick within a few hours throwing up, stomach cramps, diarrhea . very very ill  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

管理合伙人承认他们有老鼠问题。在我们离开的时候我们旁边的桌腿下看见了一只死老鼠。卫生部门似乎并不担心！我们吃了牛排、烤土豆、沙拉和炸咸菜。我请经理报告但他不会！

6 out of 8 family members ended up with diarrhea and vomiting after eating here on Saturday May 11th. The only two who did not get sick are vegetarians so they did not have any meat. The rest of us had chicken or steak and my daughter had the ribs.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

3 out of my whole family memebers got sick with vomiting and diarrhea after eating on Saturday, 3 people got sick Brother got loaded baked potato and steak, mom got pork chop and sweet potato, I got sweet potato, grilled chicken. And we all had salads  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻
