The recalled product is branded as Onion Yellow Med 3 Outer Rings, packaged in a 5 LB vacuum sealed, clear plastic bag. The product bears a white paper label with the following information:
- Blake's (Richmond) Onion Yellow Med 3 Outer Rings 4-5 LB PO# 047981
- Lot#787806-6883R5, 795046-3948R1, 787806-6883R3, 795046-3948R2
- Use By Date of 04/03/2024.
A total of 23 cases have been recalled.

Clostridium botulinum is a bacterium that produces a potent neurotoxin. If you consume food contaminated with this bacterium, it can lead to botulism, a serious illness.
