I ate a chicken samdwich, #1 and literally 2 hours later was dizzy, sweaty, super disoriented. Then extreme stomach pains and followind violent vomiting from 430pm-2am. I ate the sandwich around 230.

I followed up with the Doctor again on Monday, April 18, 2022 and requested that my stool be sent to Quest laboratories for testing for any food illness bacteria.
