New Philadelphia Ohio Chipotle. I ordered a veggie bowl. It had white rice, corn salsa, both beans black and brown, sour cream, shredded cheese and shredded lettuce at 11:30am. It's now 6:35pm and I'm so sick having diarrhea, nausea, throwing up and Fever. It's so horrible.
