Tried the sofritas vegetarian option at lunch on 5/20/21. Around 12:30/1:00 pm. Pinto beans, green salsa, cheese and lettuce. Within an hour I was running to the bathroom. My head was in a fog for the rest of the day - foggy, piercing headache, dizzy.

Ate at 11:15am Friday, nausea and vomiting 2 hours after. The vomit was violent (blood included) and I felt reasonably better after throwing up the meal. I go there frequently and haven't had an issue. I did not eat anything else prior to this meal.
