Tried the sofritas vegetarian option at lunch on 5/20/21. Around 12:30/1:00 pm. Pinto beans, green salsa, cheese and lettuce. Within an hour I was running to the bathroom. My head was in a fog for the rest of the day - foggy, piercing headache, dizzy.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Dizziness
