Couple's Chicken Meal Illness

9/12 at dinner time both my husband and I had meals with chicken, lettuce, pico, green salsa, and the onions/peppers. 9/13 midday we both have nausea and diarrhea. He has chills, I feel sweaty and have vomiting and aches. This is the only common meal we had in the past 24 hours.

Chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, hot salsa, cheese, lettuce, and guacamole (i think it's the guac). A few hours later, started feeling really sick.

Sept 30, 2017 Got a carnitas burrito. Was very sick about 4 hours later. Only food i ate all day. I was puking all night even after my stomach was emtpy, with extreme cold and hot sweats. Ive never felt so sick in my life

Chipotle Burrito: Severe Pain

My girlfriend and I went to chipotle because we had a coupon. I got a burrito and for the next 3 days had some of the worst stomach pains and diahrrea of my life, for hours at a time. I will never eat there again.
