8:30pm No meat on the line except carnitas. I wanted chicken. Server “found” chicken elsewhere, where it was being kept near the drive through for to go orders. Is that second line heated, sanitary, etc? One hour after eating half the bowl (rice, beans, chicken, cheese and
salsa) I threw up everything I had eaten. Still feeling nauseous today and have no appetite.

1/21/19 I ate chicken salad with black beans, pico, sour cream and corn. I was sick all night. I took muliple anti diarrhea medicine tablets and gastrointestinal track is still upset.

I just recently had Chipotle yesterday at 3pm. It was the only thing that I had besides a bowl of cereal 7:30 yesterday morning. After eating the food I instantly felt funny, but I just assumed that maybe my stomach was hurting bc I had eaten too
much. Later, I ate the remaining food. I started getting lots of gas then cramping, diarrhea, and vomiting. It had gotten so unbearable that I went to the emergency room 12am.

The beginning of August 2015 started out with quite the explosion. My friends and I met there to eat, and two of us had something called Barbacola (or something similar). I had eaten at a Chipotle once before and thought it was really good, but this time
was a much different experience. Around 3 am the following morning, I woke up and vomit flew out of my mouth before I could even get out of the bed. My head was burning up, and you could literally hear my stomach growling in pain. Shortly after the vomiting, the diarrhea started. It was the most disgusting, foul smelling thing I'd ever experienced. If you've ever smelled C. diff stool, it was worse than that. I was in severe pain, and honestly would've went to the hospital if I hadn't been terrified of passing the illness to others in the process. Instead I spent 7 days of hell in the bed, and I ate 3 crackers in that entire time. I lost 15 pounds that week. My friend had the exact same symptoms, but the duration of her illness was only five days. The ones who ate something different were all fine. Needless to say, I've never returned again, and never will. The food tasted good, but the illness wasn't worth it at all.

Quaker Oats Instant Oatmeal Cinnamon & Spice Flavoring, I have eaten the Quaker Oats Instant Oatmeal Cinnamon & Spice Flavoring at two seperate times and experienced extremely bad diarrhea, nausea, dry heaving, stomach cramping, and bloating. It has made me severely sick at both instances weeks apart.
The illnesses would start a few hours after eating the item. We bought this costco variety box back in January.

Gave both boyfriend and I issues. Upset stomachs with burning sensation, he had to keep going to the bathroom, and I had nausea and trouble breathing. He ordered a sandwich and I had wings, we ate and finished around 9pm. Symptoms started from 2am and continued currently
