I ordered a pancake meal about 515 hrs on 9/12/22. It must have been the sausage within this pancake meal… I have had serious diarrhoea since.

I ate Chicken Selects, chicken selects only and have been having diarrhea for 5 days. For the first moment of eating my dinner I thought wow, this crispy chicken goodness is worth the 10 minute wait to indulge in some of the UK's most finest cuisine. I
was however, struck with karma after my gluttony as I awoke at 4am with the sudden need to blast away on the toilet - half asleep and emptying my bowels with the force of 12 men. This has continued for many days now... I'm not sure if the chicken was worth my suffering or not. But alas, I have ordered 5 more chicken selects, just to spite there which hurt me.
Please take my experience as a warning... and a dare to eat Chicken Selects - you may or may not regret it. :) | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

We both had a Big Mac meal large, with milk shakes. Couple hours later we both felt really ill with stomach pains & diarrhea

I went there and I had 2 chesse burgers an hour later I couldn’t get off the toilet I had really bad pain in my stomach the pain was so strong I was almost sick I had goose bumps and I didn’t know where to put myself.
It has now been 4 days it has got a little bit less as before I would go to the toilet about 20 times in the first 2 days now it’s probably 5-10 times the pain is still really bad when going to the toilet it almost feels like I’m constipated with diarrhoea. I will never touch or eat there again STAY AWAY!

yesterday raw chicken from nando’s parts of the chicken on my loaded fries was raw and i swallowed some without realising and now experiencing symptoms of food poisoning . I managed to take out some of the chicken and that’s when i saw that it was raw

I ordered a Shamrock Milkshake today 04/09 at 9:28AM. After I finished drinking it, the roof of my mouth started to feel like it was burning. I have ordered this milkshake at this McDonald's in the past and never encountered this problem before. Right now it is
2:11pm. The roof of my mouth is still painful, feels like it's burning and it hurts to swallow and eat other foods. I had also ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin with my shake. I drank the shake first, but could not finish my McMuffin next because of how painful and uncomfortable my mouth feels.
