I flew from Ho Chi Minh to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines. I ate chicken with rice and raita. I suddenly developed severe flatulence. During layover in Istanbul, I had severe stomach cramps and nausea for hours. I had to fly another three hours to Hamburg. When I
got home, I handed it over for now. I feel very bad, severe headaches and nausea. I'm completely exhausted.

I flew from Ho Chi Minh City to Dubai with Emirates Airlines on 26.9.22. Made a 4-hour stopover in Dubai and then flew on from Dubai to Frankfurt. I only ate food on the plane, nothing else. Everything was still good on the way from Ho Chi
Minh to Dubai.
I then ate a roll with eggs and cheese and pasta with chicken meatballs on the flight (flight number: EK45) to Frankfurt. Everything was still normal on the plane. But when I arrived in Frankfurt, I had a really bad stomach ache, spent 4 hours in the toilet and vomited everything. Had to run quickly into the pharmacy? I bought 27.50€ for diarrhea tablets and gastrointestinal drops. But it didn't help. I still have diarrhea and this morning I still have to vomit. I'm going to see a doctor today and have a look. I was fine all day 31.03.2024. In the evening I ate a McDonald's menu from the shop on Streesemannstraße in Bremerhaven. Then I woke up at night and had to vomit. Diarrhea was added. Then again and again. About half an hour until the afternoon of 01.04.
after that, the nausea and diarrhea persisted, I continued to vomit smaller amounts of phlegm... there was blood in my vomit.

Went to Hurtado BBQ. Got the pulled pork, brisket, beans, Mac and cheese, and corn bread. About 7 hours later got intense stomach pains and diarrhea set in. Every hour or so another wave would come. Lasted about 12 hours. Also went with 2 other people that
ate different things and we all had the exact same symptoms.

Friday, April 12th, at around 10am I ordered a bacon egg and Gouda sandwich as well as a caramel ribbon drink. By around 3-4pm, I started feeling unwell. At 5 pm I vomited for the first time. Around every half hour after that I was vomiting still, until around 10am today, April 13th.

I bought some grass fed patties, beef patties from Aldi's located in Fredericksburg, VA. And so the first patties I ate, I basically got sick within an hour after eating them and I actually was bleeding from my rear end. And so I didn't know what it
was. So I just assumed, you know, I didn't know it was the beef patties until I just opened a second pack about an hour and a half ago. And I am nauseous again and I feel like I want to throw up. So I'm almost positive there's a beef patties. They're not. They're the ones that are already formed in the beef patties. I do have two left. I tried to call all these, but you can't call their phone and because it said a recording, that's how we save money. We don't have phones in the store, but I am going to go in there tomorrow and tell the manager. But Oh yeah, I just realized it's got to be that because that's the only thing I eat and I feel really nauseous right now. And I already feel like I'm going to have diarrhea right now. My stomach is rumbling. Thank you.

Last friday Mac n cheese On day five now of stomach cramps and diarrhea. My kids had chicken nuggets and fries while I opted for the Mac n cheese. I was the only on to experience the symptoms.
