- comments: observed the following repeat core violations not corrected from inspection #2268845 dated 3/5/2019: ' observed that floors in walk in cooling units are severally damaged and have standing water. Must provide smooth easy cleanable floors in walk in cooler and must provide proper water draining toward floor drains when cleaning floors. ' 'observed no food handler's training certification from employee. Instructed that all employee's must comply with food handler's training in accordance with the food handling regulation enforcement act. ' instructed to come into compliance on all previous core violations. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
