I got a burrito bowl for lunch - chicken, rice, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Finished eating around 3PM, started feeling very nauseous and sick to my stomach an hour later. I had a burrito which tasted great at about 10pm. I then started vomiting violently at 5:00am. This was the only meal I had for 14 hours so I can't be anything else. This required a hospital visit as I had burst many vessels in my face and eyes.  | Síntomas: Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos

Date: 2/17/16 around 9:30pm Burrito to go. Steak, brown rice, mild and hot sauce, sour cream and guacamole. Chips also. Felt sick 4 hours after. Woke up and had the runs while throwing up at the same time. Felt sick all day 2/18 and am still feeling sick today.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos
