Mcdonalds, I ordered a double qtr pounder with cheese and bacon with no pickle or mustard and small fries around 1230pm. About 7 or 8 hours later i started to feel very sick. We ate about 4 pm on Wednesday. We got the 4 for 4’s. My son had a burger we ordered special with no cheese, ketchup and pickle only.
