Empoisonnement alimentaire à Campylobacter

La campylobactérie est une cause fréquente d'intoxication alimentaire. La bactérie est souvent présente dans le poulet cru, le lait cru, le bœuf cru et l'eau contaminée. Les symptômes d'une infection à campylobacter peuvent apparaître dès 24 heures après l'ingestion et comprennent généralement de la diarrhée, des maux d'estomac, de la fièvre, des vomissements et des ballonnements.
