I dined at the restaurant on the evening od 101518 around 630 p.m with my son and wife. We sat at the dinner bar in front of employees . Both prepared the meal. I was the only one who contracted food poisoning. I ate the Cobia fish… Voir plus

Take out food- a four bowl rice quinoa Parmesan broccoli chicken with avacado on side and citrus avacado dressing. On 10/23/18 for lunch. Sick about 11 hours later vomit and diirrea at same time , terrible. Still feeling ill 630am. Cannot leave my house for work started sick 1am 10/24/18  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements
