Take out food- a four bowl rice quinoa Parmesan broccoli chicken with avacado on side and citrus avacado dressing. On 10/23/18 for lunch. Sick about 11 hours later vomit and diirrea at same time , terrible. Still feeling ill 630am. Cannot leave my house for work started sick 1am 10/24/18  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

10 月 14 日下午 3 点至晚上 7 点之间吃了大约五片披萨。拿到了意大利辣香肠薄皮和普通的意大利香肠加洋葱。晚上 8 点开始感到不安。晚上 8 点 30 分跑到洗手间，已经有一个多小时没离开了。配偶开车送我回家，我一进屋子，我就像个小孩一样在经营不佳的日托所里呕吐。太糟糕了。随着这种情况的继续，晚上醒了好几次。甚至无法喝水。发烧时出汗和发冷身体疼痛头痛。第二天整天都在床上发抖和出汗，喝了一小口水，最后吃了一些普通的鸡肉。三天后，我不再有洗手间问题和发烧了，但胃还没有恢复正常。我确信披萨造成了这种情况，因为那天我唯一吃的其他食物是完全煮熟的同一只鸡肉，而且我昨天和前一天也没问题地吃过。
我和我丈夫。吃饭后大约五个小时就开始生病。

Last Thursday I ate organigirl romaine lettuce and was sick two hours later with diarrhea. I didn’t connect the two issues and had the rest today and am now sick 2.5 hours later with diarrhea. It was purchased at Whole Foods carrollwood  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
