Went to Habit 4/19 had a cheeseburger and fries. Went home and about and hour and a half after eating I got intense stomach cramps and nausea and started throwing up. I threw up within two hours of eating at the Applebee’s in Lodi. I hadn’t eaten anything else all day After having the steak skillet on top of grilled mushrooms for dinner at Applebee’s about 5-6 Hours later I had diarrhea and was throwing up. Staff was seen using restroom before making my food. I should’ve known! The place was extremely dirty and unkept.
