Je me sentais parfaitement bien toute la journée, j'ai commandé un steak de 6 po et du fromage sur du pain plat avec des épinards et de la mayo légère et 1 heure plus tard, j'ai vomi des projectiles avec des ballonnements sévères et de la diarrhée suivis pendant les 2 jours suivants. I ate Panera bread at 2 in the afternoon on October 29th. It was the only thing I had eaten that day. I began feeling nauseous around 4/5.
