J'ai commandé deux pizzas, du pepperoni à l'oignon et une saucisse aux olives. Je les ai mangés hier soir vers 22h, je me suis réveillé aujourd'hui vers 8 h 45 avec une terrible douleur au bas-ventre. Je suis allé aux toilettes et je suis resté assis pour toujours, puis j'ai vomi dans ma baignoire. Il est 10 h 15, je suis toujours dans ma salle de bain  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Vomissements, Douleur d'estomac

Ate two double doubles with not tomato and grilled onion at approximately 2:30 pm. Also had a pink lemonade with the meal. Started not feeling well tight sharp pain in stomach at 6:45 pm.
