Sunday May 10th around 2pm Ordered a Savannah Chop salad with sherry shallot dressing I ate on the patio as it was a nice warm day. Restaurant was crowded with it being Mother's Day. I ate a southwest salad with a regular grilled chicken filet for dinner. Nothing else all day. It tasted funny but I was hungry. I was up throwing up all night with diarrhea and severe cramping.
